2-day course

Suitable for students with less than 15 hours practical experience. Two days of theory and practical tuition — theory delivered from Great Bookham, Surrey; practical from Cranleigh, West Sussex. Course times are 8am – 4pm.
1-day refresher

Attendees MUST hold a previous industry-accredited qualification (ALLMI, ITTSAR, RTITB etc.). An in-house qualification will not suffice. Your qualification may have elapsed by up to 6 months beyond its expiry date.
A minimum of 15 hours practical HIAB experience within the last 12 months is also required, and must be confirmed in writing. Successful candidates receive an ALLMI CSCS card and 7 hours Driver CPC.

EP Training can provide lorry loader training for attachments other than hook and remote, but only delivered in-company at your site.
Full cost: £795 + VAT + Driver CPC registration (£8.75 per person) + travel fees.

Pass the theory and practical test to receive your ALLMI CSCS card, renewable every 60 months. Card covers capacities up to 20 tonnes or unlimited.

Complete the 2 day initial ALLMI lorry loader course if you are new to operating, or the 1 day HIAB refresher course if you hold a previous recognised qualification. Upon passing the theory and practical assessments, you will receive your ALLMI CSCS qualification card.
Your ALLMI CSCS card is valid for 5 years. You can renew by completing a refresher course, provided the card has not been expired for more than 6 months.
A 1 day programme for operators who already hold a recognised HIAB qualification and have a minimum of 15 hours of recent practical experience within the last 12 months. It is the most cost effective route to renewing your ALLMI CSCS card.
Yes. Our qualified instructors can come to your premises and train your operators on your own vehicle and HIAB equipment. This is popular with companies training multiple employees or those with specialist attachments not available at our centre.
HGV HIAB training combines heavy goods vehicle operation with safe use of a lorry mounted crane or loader. Operators holding an HGV licence who require a HIAB qualification will need to complete the relevant ALLMI lorry loader course.
